Hi I have installed the messenger 8.5 and a webcam, when I make a video call, I can hear and see. The other person hears me and sees me but fixed like a picture, I've configured the messenger and webcam, but I still have the same problem.

which seeks to make use of the web cam, do not use any other program that uses the bandwidth of the Internet ... as a paste, the ares or any exchange program ... nor be downloading anything ...
possibly, if your connection is slow, not the images are transmitted well ... and if you add to that what you said above ... because ...
