Tired with ReWriter

Okay my problem is I have a ReWriter that is one year older and I have mounted on a computer ... . My problem is that it do not read the discs.

I thought lens is dirty ........ then I tried to cleaned it with disk cleaner but do not read anything ... impossible to reach the lens.

Is there some way to clean the lens of the ReWriter?

Hey look at your problem with respect to the CD writer, you can clean it manually disarming the recorder with great care when cleaning the lens with a little wet cloth and applying little force because it can break the filaments of the lens.

I also looked in detail that ... ... to see if the disk rotates. How do you know if it is properly rotated ¿¿Does that there is any way to know?
