How to set stop watch reminder on home screen of Sony Xperia Z2

You can instantly start a tiny stop watch with reminder on Sony Xperia Z2. Sometime you are looking for some alert app that can give you a alarm or some kind of sound notification after a time interval. For that the most common thing we use is alarm or a reminder application. But on Sony Xperia Z2 you will get a integrated feature through which you can set a timer. Once the timer is over it will start ringing. You can change the default notification sound from the settings. This is very handy when you are sleeping or taking a break. You can start the timer and leave it aside. You don't have to go in the settings and then set the alarm for that. This is like a disposable reminder. You can set only one at a time and it will start working. You cannot set multiple timers like this. And it will only notify you with sound. You cannot add a text or any kind of custom notification. There are limits but this thing is very helpful.

Tap on the menu key to start favorite bar. Now tap on the small clock icon to start the timer.

The timer will start and will appear on the screen. Tap on set time.

There are three columns here. The first is for hours, second is for minutes and last one is for second. If you add 02 or 10 in the last column then it means the timer will end after 10 seconds. You can set the same as per your need on basis of our hours, minutes of seconds. I am setting it at 10 seconds. Tap on ok after choosing the time.

Now you will get the details on screen.

Tap on start button to begin the countdown.

At the end the default notification sound will start playing. To stop tap on Done button.
