    How to download Gmail and Google Calendar Data to Local PC

    Before you can only get your emails or calendar entries through syncing your email id on any mail client. But recent changes have helped to get all the data on your system hard drive. You can now download all your Gmail and Calendar Data on your pc and you can use it whenever you want. This will help many to keep an archive of their old data and later use them whenever needed. So here I am giving you a short guide through which you can get the data on your system. Google has started a separate service takeout for the same. It allows you to download all the Gmail and calendar data on your pc. Checkout the process below.

    1. Go the Google Take Out Website. - Click here. From the left side click on Download Your Data. Then click on Create an Archive.

    2. At the next screen you will have to select things you want to download. Google give you almost everything to download. There are overall 15 things you can choose from. Things you can download are:

    3. Tick on those entire thing which you want to download and click on Create Archive.

    4. Google will take time depending on your requirement and will create an archive file.

    5. Click on Download button. Next to that you can see the total size also.

    6. At the bottom you can see two more things. First are Show Archive Details and Second Delete Archive.
