First solution:
Disable all unnecessary background applications before launching game:
To disable unnecessary background applications click on Start menu > and type Run in the search box. In the Run box type msconfig. This will launch system configuration panel on the screen. If Windows needs your permission to continue, choose Continue. Choose the General tab and then click on selective Startup option. Uncheck Load Startup Items checkbox. Now you have to go to the Services tab. Click on Hide All Microsoft Services checkbox and select all services which are on screen. Disable them all. Restart your pc and test back.

Remove all the temp files from your system. You can remove all temp file through Disk Cleanup. To run Disk Cleanup click on Start > All Programs > Accessories, > System Tools > Disk Cleanup. Choose C drive from here and run it. First Disk Cleanup will scan your system and locate all temp files. You can later on choose which files you want to delete and which you want to skip. You can do this one by one for each partition. Another easier way for doing the same thing is through CCleaner. A free tool to wipe out unwanted files from the system.
Third Solution: For temporary period disable all antivirus and any other security software that may conflict with the game. It is also good to disable firewall. Test the game and turn it on back after sometime.
