Hence here is how you can clear your system cache to fix the said problem for all of your Facebook games:

Follow the below steps for Internet Explorer 7 and 8:

• Open Internet Explorer.
• Click Tools at the top.
• Scroll down and select Internet Options.
• Click Delete under Browsing History.
• At the bottom, click Delete All. Then click Yes.
• Once done, Close Internet Explorer entirely and re-launch.

Follow the below steps for Firefox 3:

• Open Firefox.
• Click Tools at the top of the page.
• Select Clear Private Data.
• Click the Clear Private Data Now button.
• Then, close Fire Fox 3 and re-launch.

Follow the below steps for Firefox 3.5:

• Open Firefox.
• Click Tools at the top of the page.
• Select Clear Recent History.
• Select Details.
• Uncheck everything except cache.
• Select Clear Now
• Close and Re-launch Browser

• Open Firefox.
• Click Tools at the top of the page.
• Select Options
• From tabs, Select Privacy
• Click "Clear Your Recent History"
• From Drop Down Menu, Select "Everything" AND
• From Drop Down Menu, Leave Only "Cache" checked
• Click "Clear Now"
• Click "OK" on Privacy Screen
• Then, close Firefox and re-launch.

Follow the below steps for Google Chrome:

• Open Browser
• Select Tools
• Select Options
• On Personal Stuff Tab/Under the Hood tab or Under the Bonnet tab, select "Clear Browsing Data"
• Un-check all except, "Empty Cache"
• Select "Clear Browsing Data"
• Close and Re-Launch Browser

Follow the below steps for Safari:

• From the Safari menu, click Empty Cache.
• When asked: “Are you sure you want to empty the cache?” click Empty.
• From the Safari menu, click Preferences.
• From the Security dialog box, click Bookmarks.
• Click Show Cookies.
• From the Cookie dialog box, click Remove All.
• Click Done.

Follow the below steps for Opera:

• In Opera, click the Tools menu.
• Click Preferences.
• Select the Advanced tab.
• In the left-hand column, click History.
• In the Disk cache section, click Empty Now.
• Click OK to close Preferences.

After deleting the cache for CityVille also but am not able to get the franchise request, do you have any other solution for the same. I tried many times but its not working for me @ all.

I dont think system or browser cache may be the problem if you are not able to get the Franchise Requests. Anyways, did you tried this on different browsers rather than your default? If yes, are you still getting the same issue ? And if not, please go ahead and tryout on another browser. Also note that Just neighbors can open franchises in other cities. Hence you will need to first add any of your friend on Facebook and then add his as a neighbor in the game.
