Follow the below steps for Internet Explorer 7 and 8:

- Then, close Firefox and re-launch.
Follow the below steps for Google Chrome:
- Open Browser
- Select Tools
- Select Options
- On Personal Stuff Tab/Under the Hood tab or Under the Bonnet tab, select "Clear Browsing Data"
- Un-check all except, "Empty Cache"
- Select "Clear Browsing Data"
- Close and Re-Launch Browser
Follow the below steps for Safari:
- From the Safari menu, click Empty Cache.
- When asked: “Are you sure you want to empty the cache?” click Empty.
- From the Safari menu, click Preferences.
- From the Security dialog box, click Bookmarks.
- Click Show Cookies.
- From the Cookie dialog box, click Remove All.
- Click Done.
