    Learn to move Windows Vista/7 on separate partition

    Introduction:

    Partition Wizard 2.1 Home Edition is a complete solution for managing and optimizing your hard disk to your PC and laptop. Wizard Home Edition 2.1 Partition your hard drive and shows the current layout of partitions, and allows you to easily change the partition structure with help of 1-2-3 wizards. Prepare the new hard disk to installing a new operating system, resize your system started from, change partition parameters or perform professional defragmentation of hard drives. Partition Wizard Home Edition 2.1 offers flexibility by allowing you to merge partitions, create new or delete, move or copy them. Partition Wizard Home Edition 2.1 runs in its free version only as a 32-bit and with the following operating systems: Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP and Windows 2000. Partition Wizard 2.1 Home Edition can also convert the file system from FAT to NTFS.



    1. Installation of Partition Wizard Home Edition 2.1 on Windows 7

    Once Partition Wizard Home Edition 2.1 download directly on the publisher's website, you should have downloaded the file named PAssist_Home.exe. Double click this file to start the installation operation of Partition Wizard Home Edition 2.1. Click Next (Next) to continue the installation.

    When you launch Partition Wizard Home Edition 2.1 you will get this screen:


    Choose between:

    Extend Partition (The Wizard Can Be Used to help you extend a partition Without The Computer rebooting) Extending a partition (The wizard can be used to help you extend a partition without restarting your computer)
    or
    Partition Management (You Can Create, delete, format, move and resize your partition by Running the Partition Manager.) Partition Management (You can create, delete, format, move and resize your partition by running the partition manager.)


    3. Extending a partition with Partition Wizard Home Edition 2.1 on Windows 7

    In case you simply need to extend your existing partition, use this option. To do this click Extend Partition (Extending a partition).
    Note : Extend Partition (Extending a partition) is a utility that can reduce / increase your boot partition system and other partitions. It can fully utilize the free space and unallocated space on disk to meet your needs.


    Then follow the wizard to increase the size of your score .... Click Next (Next) and follow the instructions to increase or decrease the size of your partition.


    4. Managing partitions with Partition Wizard Home Edition 2.1 on Windows 7

    When you launch Partition Wizard Home Edition 2.1, the Welcome screen appears. Click Partition Management (You can create, delete, format, move and resize your partition by running the partition manager.)

    Here is the interface of Partition Wizard 2.1 Home Edition, even if the interface is in English it is accessible and easy to understand.

    At first, select your hard drive.

    5. Resizing partition with Partition Wizard Home Edition 2.1 on Windows 7

    You can write directly to the desired size of your partition. Click Resize

    At the opening of the window you can indicate with precision the size of your new partition.


    You can use the button (circled in orange) to reduce the score faster and refine it in the zone partition size (partition size). To select a number in MB (megabyte) knowing that the rule is: 1 gigabyte (GB) = 1 024 megabyte (MB), so if you want to increase the size of your partition of 600 GB (gigabyte), it If so, simply do the math, what you look like this: 600 gigabyte (GB) = 614 400 megabyte (MB).     The changes are in progress. Partition Wizard 2.1 Home Edition is currently conducting the required changes. It will take time as Partition Wizard Home Edition 2.1 changements.
