1. Add and remove buttons from your toolbar.
Outlook starts automatically when I start my system and I always open one of my monitors. Microsoft Outlook is the program I use most often and I am not alone. Without radical probe too: if I MS Outlook was not my life would be much more complicated.

If you select Mark as Unread and you drag it out the window and then your button is immediately removed. Click on the toolbar and proximity is back to normal mode.
I am now adding the Office Clipboard button in the toolbar.

- And select Customize
Select your button and in this case, go to the category and click the Edit Office Clipboard button and drag to your toolbar. This can be in any desired location.
