Microsoft Outlook working faster and smarter

    1. Add and remove buttons from your toolbar.

Outlook starts automatically when I start my system and I always open one of my monitors. Microsoft Outlook is the program I use most often and I am not alone. Without radical probe too: if I MS Outlook was not my life would be much more complicated.

This is a toolbar based around. One of the buttons is the mark as unread button.

I am now removing the mark as unread button.

    • Right-click an empty spot on your toolbar.
    • And select Customize

Now you can customize the Outlook toolbar. If you click a button, you will see a black border around the button which means you can change or drag it to another location.

If you select Mark as Unread and you drag it out the window and then your button is immediately removed. Click on the toolbar and proximity is back to normal mode.

I am now adding the Office Clipboard button in the toolbar.

    • Right-click an empty spot on your toolbar.
    • And select Customize

Select your button and in this case, go to the category and click the Edit Office Clipboard button and drag to your toolbar. This can be in any desired location.

    • When you click Close, you're done.

    2. Button to generate an already addressed e-mails.

Create a toolbar button to generate already addressed e-mails.
    • Right-click an empty spot on your toolbar.
    • And select Customize

Now, you must first select a button that you want to customize. You should choose a button, leaving the pack, I decided to drag the green button to the Journal of the toolbar.

    • Now you must select the button to have a black border around it.
    • Then click Modify Selection
    • And choose Assign Hyperlink and Open
    • Now you must select E-mail address and type of receptors in your e-mail.
    • Click OK and you're done.

If you want to add multiple addresses, you'll need to add a ";" like that

    • If you want to consolidate, you must select the first (left) in the group and right click on Start and select a group.
    • Now click close and you have your toolbar grouped how you like it.

    4. Create a toolbar button to open an Outlook program.

program that I use quite often and is the text editor Notepad. This can be any curriculum but for now, I want to create a button that opens the notebook.

    • First, you'll need to add a button to your toolbar, so we need to put your toolbar in edit mode.

    • Right-click an empty spot on your toolbar.
    • And select Customize
    • Then click Modify Selection
    • And choose Assign Hyperlink and Open

The normal notebook is as follows.
    C: \ Windows \ System32 \ notepad.exe

Then click Close and OK and you're done. This notebook is just one button, you can link to any program in your Program Files directory, but you also have a link to programs or shortcuts on your desktop. Just play with it and put it to your own preferences.

    8. How to organize your mailing lists.

    Here's an example:

My / main contact folder "Contacts" contains the details of my family and friends.

    I have several lists:

L1-family (my parents, my two brothers and my sister-in-law)
L2-family (my parents, my brothers, my sister-in-law, but my uncles and aunts, nephews and nieces, etc.)

    L1 friends (my best friends)
L2 friends (my best friends and some of my close friends)

I did the same with my business contacts. I separate customers-L1/L2 etc, etc suppliers-L1/L2

But if you want need to see the names in a distribution list, there are several ways to do so.

The first is the opening of an e-mail.
    • Click.
    • And select your distribution list.
    • Now you can select the button next to develop the list name.

The only problem here is that you can not reduce it again.

The other option is more common:

    In a new message.
    • Click.
    • Select the distribution list.
    • Right-click on it
    • and click Properties.

    • Now, click Apply, click OK and you're done.

    10. Automatically archive your mail in a specific folder

I suppose you have several files. If you do not have it, then press New, then Folder. You can now create additional folders. If you want to do later, it is also possible if you are the allocation of files.

    • Make sure you select the folder contains, courier and mail.

When finished, click OK and it is now time to configure Outlook automatically archive your mail in a specific folder for delivery.

You can do this with the following steps.

    • Go to Tools
    • Select Account Settings
    • And select the e-mail that you want to archive.

    • And click Change Folder.
    • Now you can select an e-mail delivery folder.

This is also where you can create a new folder for delivery.
