But the problem is that I do not know anything about it, so is there anyone who can guide me in this field and whether it will be beneficial or not? Thanks

Well, most of the job after completing engineering is changed towards the management side for instance. So incase you are working in a company with the post of a technical officer then you are supposed to work there as a technical manager after some period of time. Therefore if you are getting into the management at early stage then it will be surely good for your future.

Since you have done B.tech in civil engineering then definitely the construction management must be a good option for you. Even if get into the IES job or not but it will ear you extra scope for your future prospects. You can try to get admission in National Institute of Construction Management and Research which is located in Pune. It is a very good management institute offering Post graduate diploma in Construction Management.
