Make the letter in such a way that it seems to be polite; don’t write any extra unwanted thing in that letter, point out the main thing in the letter for e.g. there must be your Name, complete address, date of joining that company and Date of Leaving. The salutation is also important. Write the proper subject. The ending parts and the signature should be compulsory to write.

Whenever you want to resign your company it is the good idea for providing them the formal notice of your resignation to your organization, you can simply write the simple letter or you can inform them through the email. That is very important to inform about your resignation time and the exact date when you are going to leave the company, so they can adjust another employee at your place. And that is the best part of professionalism to make the company one month before about your resign planning.

There is no way that you get satisfied with some format for writing the Resign letter, since whatever the format they have their own benefit. So write your letter as simple as possible only letting them to know about the reason, about your time for the resignation. And about your new profile and the experience you get from them. Don’t write anything extra or negative about your company or any other person.

    Re: Format for Resignation Letter

The resign letter is one of the types of formal letter. So always try to write this type of letter in the formal style. Write only the main issue and don’t write extra ordinary words. Always try to write some positive things about the company and about the staff you are working with and also write what experience and knowledge you have gain from the company and from the people. And at the last thanks them for their supports and opportunity, and end the letter with your signature and name.
