I m A Management student where I needed Information about Service Sector Management. How Does the7P’s of Marketing important to this sector? What are the services provided by hospital Management. How is Service quality measurement in Hotel Industry. How is Marketing Challenges of services taken up? One point that come in my mind while researching this topic was that how do they balance of demand and capacity. What is the Role Of Service Quality in Service sector Management.

According to research done in 2006-07 The Growth Domestic Product(GDP) of Service Sector is 55.1% in India. It consisted of More than Half Of GDP’s Of India. The various sectors that combine together to constitute service industry in India are Trade, Hotels And restaurants, Railways, Communication , Banking, Insurance, Dwellings, Real Estate etc’s.. While the share of services in India's GDP increased by 21 per cent points in the 50 years between 1950 and 2000, nearly 40 per cent of that increase was concentrated in the nineties. In the current economic scenario it looks that the boom in the services sector is here to stay as India is fast emerging as global services hub.
