    I have some idea about this topic so i will like to tell you few things about that. The Human Resources Management roles contain a number of various actions, and the key among them make a decision about the staffing requirements. It involves the management of the staff in the company. How is the performance of the staff? How they work in co-ordination with each other? Hope it will help you.

    Human resource management is the technique of getting the things done through the people. Its main role is to gain the maximum productivity from a particular staff in the company. HRM helps in increasing the overall growth of the company, this is because the main body of any organization is the Human resource and if it is not managed properly, then the company will never be able to gain productivity or will be able to make a profit.     Step 1: Get the 'big picture'
    Step 2: Develop a Mission Statement or Statement of Intent
    Step 3: Conduct a SWOT analysis of the organization
    Step 4: Conduct a detailed human resources analysis
    Step 5: Determine critical people issues
    Step 6: Develop consequences and solutions
    Step 7: Implementation and evaluation of the action plans
