    Re: Information about Mutual Funds

In India there are generally three types of mutual fund schemes are monitoring which are known as “Open-ended Mutual Fund Schemes”, “Close-ended Mutual Fund Schemes” and “Tax-saving Mutual fund Schemes”. The concept of Open-ended Mutual Fund is, there the agent or the investors are not offering a fixed for the scheme. This is depends on the redemption and investments on the scheme directly with the Mutual Fund agent. The buying and selling schemes or the units are done in a very convenient way which is related with the prices of NAV (net asset value). In the Close-ended Mutual Fund, this scheme is used for those are having a maturity period to, in general it is ranges from 2 to 15 years. This is known as the direct investment with the mutual fund investor. But the amount might be changed according to the supply and demand in the market. So that’s why many of the mutual fund firms are offered different schemes with the market trend, which changes in every month or week. In Tax-saving Mutual fund, for the Individuals, companies, partnership firms, and body corporate, the mutual fund are guided with some principles or policies to prevent from the tax paying. Some of the investing parties arranged by the Mutual Funds, those are present in the market primarily.
