Actually you have to take maths as one of the subject in your Bcom or in 12th. But unfortunately you have taken SP in 12th so there will be a little problem for the process of MCA. Some universities allows to go for MCA with the requirement for Math so you have confirm this problem with the university you are planning to go for.
It will be better if you check the eligibility criteria for MCA on university site.
