    idea IAS eligibility-- Foreign Degree

    Hey all,
    I am a student pursuing Bach. of Info. Tech. from Australia.
    Would I be eligible for IAS exam as I found myself in debt for my country while living so far from my INDIA. Please tell whether my foreign Bach. Degree would allow me to be eligible for IAS exam

    Eligibility Conditions for IAS Exams:

    Nationality: Only Indians are eligible for IAS and IPS. For others, a candidate can be a citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal, Bhutan, a person of Indian origin who has been migrated.

    Age Limit: A candidate must have attained 21 years and not be over 30 years on August 1 of the year of examination.

    Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree of a recognized university with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physcs, Statistics and Zoology
