sir, i want to ask that in the NET CSIR exam for life sciences, questions come from physics and chemistry or not?
please do reply
and which books i should prefer for the preparation

This part is common to all the candidates appearing for NET. There will be 40 objective type questions in Part ‘A’ of Paper I. Candidates are required to answer any 25 questions. Check out this link for NET CSIR subject. I hope this helps.
