Well, truely speaking it's difficult to get a part-time job in Web-designing and Programming fields because these fields contains lots of work and need the employees to work for long hours.
You can try any other computer-related field to work for part-time.

You can do JAVA, ASP.net course it will take hardly 4 to 6 months to complete course. It depends on you . which course you like.
