Do you want to learn VB or just Excel and Access? Because there is no institute, I suppose, who teaches VBA. VBA is just a part of Excel where you can do some VB coding. So, in short, be specific about your requirement.

Learn Excel VBA Online

Here is a Free VBA Tutorials Online available which will help you to learn VBA at your place rather than going for it in any institutes. Generally you will not find any one who teaches to you personally. You will have to learn that on your own. However, if you already know VB (or any programming language like C/C++, JAVA etc) then the learning would be easier for you.
