I will recommend you to refer ENGINEERING KNOWLEDGE TEST. It is published by Ranee Publications that is located in New Delhi. It has good reference material for the exam. The issue is that the book is not readily available. You have to contact the publication and order a one for yourself. Second thing the books has one CD which has many relevant information for the exam. You can simply contact the publication and get the book via mail.

I was trying to search out the same information but what dates I found shows that the date for registration is passed way. Some sites shows notification date as 1st August and the last date for application as 31st August. The test for the same will be conducted on 25th October. The same for University Entrance Test was some where in September. But not sure what is the exact date for the month.
