Working in EU

Hi

I am an owner of small innovative company in Slovenia, that is in EU.
I have heard a lot about Indian software developers.

So my questions:
1. Is there any job-work agency in India, which has database of developers?
2. Are developers in India ready to leave their country and come to Europe?

You can get database of any software/web developer by registering yourself to job portal sites like Monster.com, Naukri.com, TimesJob.com...Etc. I dont think you will get it for free from anywhere on the internet, as such databases of job aspirants are not published on net openly since there is possibility of misuse of the information.

I think this wont be any problem , you just registering yourself to job portal sites as told by Recruiter and try to get best software developers

As in India there is lot of exposure to the IT market and also there are many interesting project people are working so i think until an unless there wont be any good opportunity.
