Is it possible for all windows 8 users to see same desktop

There are many user account on my computer which is running on Windows 8 operating system. I was wondering how to make changes in all those user accounts, so that they can see only the programs that I want to show them in each of their user account. I am only able to check the icons on the admin account only? Any ideas? Thanks

There are some programs like for example, MS Office, that will be available to all the user's of the same computer but incase you have denied its access to any single user account or all, then it will be only usable via the administrator. Other than that there could be some other software that usually gets installed in all the user account, even though if it is installed via the admin user account, but without the admin rights, you will not be able to open it though, in any other user account.

Even I agree with the above post, if your user account doesnt has admin rights then you will not be able to access any programs that is installed via admin account and restricted to admin usage only. You will need to gain the rights in order to launch or run the program which is restricted in your user account. If you want then simply by getting the admin user id and password, you can right click on the program and then choose to run as admin and put in the password/id to run the program.
