Budget customized PC for 3Dmax

I have completed Autocad and I am planning to learn 3Dmax. Currently I don’t have a system to handle 3Dmax, since it is resource intensive software I was thinking of customizing a new PC for 3Dmax specifically.
As far as budget is concerned, I can spend up to 30 to 40 K for the same, just suggest me some good budget configs so that I can buy the best one.
