Start Menu Replacements for Windows 8

I am running windows 7 in my system and I don’t like the default start menu and I want to change it. Some of my friends have already done that, they have used Start Menu X and StartMenu8 for the replacement. I dint like either of them and I want to know if there are better options for me. Just suggest me some good ones so that I can pick the ones I like, any suggestion will be appreciated.

I am using Pokki, it is one of the best start Menu Replacements for Windows 8 I’ve come across.

Actually I wasn’t looking after a paid one. However, I’ll surely check out the trail version of them. I have checked out the ones suggested above and liked all of them but “Pokki” and “Wentutu Start Menu for Windows 8 StartW8” are the kind of replacement I was looking for. Let me know if there are better options available. In case I come across any further, I’ll surely share it here.
