Windows 7 customization that look like Windows 8

I was reading this article on the web that have mentioned that there is a windows 7 customization that look like Windows 8. I saw the image that looked great . does anyone here used that Windows 7 customization , is it looking like the windows 8 . I really want to know this . is there any windows 8 skin pack .

I just change the start button and some details when you open the windows but inside everything is very good not to be official
