Hi,

The first thing you do is create a new shortcut on the desktop. Now, by location type or copy and paste the deposit follow explorer.exe: RecycleBinFolder. It should look like this ... then click the Next button. Now the name of the Recycle Bin or whatever you want to call and click Finish. Now we have to change the icon to the look of the Recycle Bin you click the icon and choose Properties. Click the Change Icon button. Type or copy and paste the following into the search field where the icons and press Enter %SystemRoot%\system32\imageres.dll.
If you want to have the Recycle Bin on the left side of the taskbar - Left click the separator programs put the taskbar on the left and hold, then drag to the right beyond Bin recycling and release. Left click on the separator programs put the taskbar on the right side and now expects, then drag to the left next to the Recycle Bin and release.
You will not be able to specify the same Recycle Bin shortcut created in the tutorial and have an option to set it to the Start menu. Instead, only be able to specify the default Recycle Bin on the desktop to the Start menu. As it turned out, no "Empty Recycle Bin" context menu option though. Sorry, but if you do not want the Recycle Bin on your desktop, you have to have it stuck in the taskbar for the "Empty Recycle Bin" option.
