shortcuts big problem

All my shortcuts are opened by the same programe and i can't change that ( When i make new shortcuts they are all the same PLs someone help me

First of all remove any third party software which you had installed recently. The application is forcing this issue. If you are using Windows then you can run a system restore process. This process will help you to restore the old settings. Click on Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore. Click the option of Restore and choose a old date. Give next.
