I have installed windows xp on my computer. I lost msn icon after downloading msn updates. Is there any setting in windows registry to recover that icon. Any recommendations and suggestions are appreciated.
I have installed windows xp on my computer. I lost msn icon after downloading msn updates. Is there any setting in windows registry to recover that icon. Any recommendations and suggestions are appreciated.
- Right-click on the taskbar
- Choose Properties
- Make sure Quick Launch is checked on (you must have the Web Integrated Desktop component installed and enabled).
- Make sure Hide inactive Icons is checked off
- Click the Customize button
- Click Restore defaults
Did you delete them in the recycle bin? If you did check to see if you can restore them before you remove them. or Find the original path in C:\windows\system, and copy it into C:\WINDOWS\Common Files\Windows Live\Quick Launch.
