How do i change my iTunes skin?

Good evening,
I want to change Media Center iTunes Skin ? I have the latest version installed. I'm using it on windows xp sp3. So How can I change my ITunes skin? Please help.

iTunes doesn't supports Skins, only plugins, try to search some plugins for this. I don't think that you can change skins in iTunes

Get this iVista skin for iTunes 7 by ~Omniety

To Install

• You need iTunes 7.0.2
• Requires Multiplugin for iTunes.
• Extract the iVista skin folder to your iTunes skins folder, then start your iTunes.
• In iTunes go to: Edit > Preferences (Ctrl+,) > Multi- Plugin > select iVista and click ok.
