You can do this trick by using VLC player,

    • Download and install VLC player.

    • Now go to Settings > Preferences > Video > Output Modules > Direct X (Check the Advanced options box in the bottom right corner to see all settings)

    • Enable Wallpaper Mode in an advanced option by checking the box next to it.

    • Now again go to Settings -> Preferences, expand Interface and click on wxWidgets. In the bottom right corner click on “Advanced options” to show advanced settings.

    • Then uncheck the Taskbar check box in order to remove VLC Player title from the taskbar while the program is running. Check Systray icon if you want to enable Systray icon instead.

    • Click “Save” button when done.

    • Now Open any video in VLC Media Player.

    • Right click on the video and click on “Wallpaper”.
