i have seen a XP computer at a shop having background image as explorer toolbar’s background. It was looking great.
Even i want to keep an image but i dont know how to do that. Could anyone of you can make me know how to do that?

Thats very simple,, just go through this to make your explorer toolbar look like that:-
Just copy and paste the following text to Notepad and save it with the extension .REG and merge it:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar]
"BackBitmapShell"="C:\\WINDOWS\\Web\Wallpaper\\Bliss.
Thats it....
If you want to set a different image, just replace
“BackBitmapShell”=”C:\\WINDOWS\\Web\\Wallpaper\\Bliss.bmp” to “BackBitmapShell”=”location of image with double slashes because they are compulsory”.
You can try a freeware to do the same.
