Its very simple, just go through this simple steps:

    1. Open CONTROL PANEL.

    2. Now double click the MOUSE icon

    3. On the buttons Tab Now click the check box "Turn On Clicklock"

    4. Click the button – SETTINGS.

    5. Adjust the bar for how long you need to hold down the mouse before the click is locked.

    6. Now click OK to set the changes.

    7. In case of turning off the clicklock, just uncheck the check box - "Turn On Clicklock"

    8. Now click OK.

Thats it...ClickLock enables you to highlight or drag without holding down the mouse button. To set ClickLock, briefly press the mouse button. To release ClickLock, click the mouse button again.
