You are correct, Flip 3D is a new feature available in Windows Vista but remember its not available in Home Basic. You can see Flip 3D feature holding [Win]+[Tab] keys when multiple Windows are open.To add it to your context menu, go through this steps:-

    1. Open the Start Menu.

    2. In the white line (Start Search) area, type regedit and press Enter.

    3. If prompted, click on Continue in the UAC prompt.

    4. In regedit, go to: (See screenshot below step 5A)
    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shellx\ContextMenuHandlers

    5. In the left pane, right click on ContextMenuHandlers and click on New, then on Key.

    6. Type Windows Switcher and press Enter.

    7. In the right pane, right click on (Default) and click on Modify.

    8. Type {3080F90E-D7AD-11D9-BD98-0000947B0257} and click on OK.

    9. Close regedit.

Thats it..now you can enjoy the Flip 3D feature..
