Speed Text Effect!

Going to do a design of a circuit, and I will make the brochure, and I would put the company name with a speed.
I am a novice with photoshop or Corel X3 and so can anybody give me any option to that effect so it looks cool.

In Photoshop you can use:
Filter >> Blur >> Motion Blur
or even
Filter >> styling >> Wind

Tried it but does not give much effect ... that is, there is little.

Filter> Blur> motion blur, you can also rpbar for the the Gaussian effect. But whether this effect was applied in the company logo and it goes anywhere else in the ad, is a bad idea to use it.
