Erase, delete, uninstall the Vista sidebar?

Hi,

Is there any way to complete getting rid from the vista sidebar? i wana complete uninstall it ? I absolutely hate it , please tell me the way for it. if not uninstall then show me the way to disable it.

No you simply cannot get rid of it completely... but why bother.. just disable it from autostart and forget about it..

I don't think you can "delete" the Windows sidebar. It's part of the Windows Vista operating system.

You can turn it off which is essentially the same thing as deleting it by doing the following:

1. Right click on the Vista Sidebar and goto Preperties
   
   
2. Uncheck the “Start Sidebar when Windows starts” option in the panel.
   
   
3. Reboot the computer or Right-click on the icon, and select “Exit” to close the sidebar.
