Windows Log Off Screen Customization

Does anyone know how to create a custom "Log-Off" screen with an animation file?

Google reveals that XP allows animation of the startup screen but not the shutdown screen. I can think of several workarounds but don't find this interesting enough to try any of them.

You mean the windows loading creen, with the blue dots? I use a program called BootXP, it works good and is really simple, just google it.

There are many programs for this but you can use this if you dont want to mess with your computer too much. I know you can change it manually, but this is the safest way I know without screwing up the startup.
