Using windows XP here. I have a resolution of 1024x 768 and then also my icons on desktop appearing too large. How to make them at normal size. I tried some solution but it doesn't making any difference here.

You find the desktop icons is too large ? You can decrease the number of icons on the desktop.
Right-click on the desktop and select Properties, Appearance, and Advanced.
In the menu item and icon spacing (vertical and horizontal). Enter a smaller size.

Hi,
Here i am using windows Vista and I have the display settings at 1280 x 1024. The icons on the desktop are very large . Is there a way to make the icons smaller? I tried the above solution but not making much difference.
