Please note that emoticons are more lively and broader than those traditionally used by Messenger.

ya i did...and it is installed...but cant see anything on the bar...just a white bar can be seen...

I too had faced a similar issue where I was not getting emoticons on the messenger. But for that the best way to re-install the same back. I had removed the old version and download again a fresh setup. After running I can see the smileys on my messenger list. There is one more tool for the same work. There is one more tool you can use for the same purpose. It is called as MSN Pro.

I know of some other great free smiley emoticons] you can download and use on MSN. That's one thing I like about that chat, compared to the one on Facebook and other chatting services.
