If you have Vista and that you use integrated Windows Mail, here is a list of keyboard shortcuts that you will probably be useful to speed up your operation:
- [Ctrl] + [M] -> Send / receive emails
- [Ctrl] + [N] -> Create a new e-mail
- [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [B] -> Open contacts
- [Del] or [Ctrl] + [D] -> Delete selected email
- [Ctrl] + [R] -> Reply to the sender of the letter selected
- [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [R] -> Reply to everyone
- [Ctrl] + [F] -> Forward the selected message
- [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [F] -> Find an email
- [Alt] + [Enter] -> Display properties of the selected message
- [Ctrl] + [U] -> Read the next unread message in the newsgroup
- [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [U] -> Go to next unread newsgroup
- [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [A] -> Mark all newsgroup messages as read
- [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [M] -> Download all messages for offline reading
- [F5] -> Refresh messages and headers newsgroups
