The menu from the upper right corner of the Resize (Transform), you can choose to change the shell line (Adjust stroke weight when scaling).
For this to work you peel change with the scale or Resize Tool (not to highlight the arrow).
Let's see if I took you right - you want the line not be changed, that it must retain its original thickness when you change the size of the frame / picture? If you peel alter a frame using the Selection Tool (black arrow), keep it as the default line thickness unchanged. You work with a picture and keep the CTRL to change both the image and the frame, then changed course, line thickness, too. In that case, and with peeling tools, you need to do that Jimmy said above, the opposite Go to the menu button at the far right in the context menu when you have marker arrow or something of scaling tools selected, and uncheck the "Adjust the line width at the scale of change".
Thank Jimmy, as I looked....the default setting in my CS3 is that the line should be adjusted at the shell change. I would not have it - and so it was not in CS2.
So now I have bucks off the annoying problem!
(Would that happen in course I UNWITTINGLY have accessed the victim and bow to where someone once and for a long time ago ...)
