Need a theme for Windows XP

I'm looking for a theme compact, simple and less than the basic Windows Classic. What subject are you using, and whether it is a creation, where did you find?

I am using Brico Pack Vista Inspirat Shell Pack. It consists of modified Icons and a new themed appearance for Windows XP.
