I think it must exist as a plugin / component for Joomla, Drupal - or another open source CMS.

I have a lot of pictures in hi resolution, I'd like to offer to download - in full resolution. I'd like a "Lightbox" so people can choose a lot of pictures that they put in a "basket", and when they are ready to download them together.

There should also be a search function, so you can show images in specified categories. Also like to talk values for example. search on between 1989 and 1998.

It must be something I can implement, and only with my pictures, so it can not be an online service like flikr.

I have not found it yet - is there anyone who knows anything?

Uhh it sounds huge spreads.
Would love to be able to have helped if I knew anything of programming / databases.

Sounds a little go of something Stock.XCHNG, just with much fatter opportunities in terms of file handling.

Hmm, I know about databases and web sites, etc., and I think almost the easiest way is to do it themselves

What you use other than banking systems as image?

IrFanView which make a html page with a preview of each image or nothing at all and gives the user direct access to the folder with the pictures in.

It can be joomla or another CMS, which plone, Xoops, Drupal, typo3

What is it with CMS to do? It is probably closer to a special gallery you need time in.
