Lsass.exe and ISAKMP on UDP port - problem or not?

I checked in TCPview and found lsass.exe using a udp port. There is one more port consumed which is same used by lsass. I want to know that is it better to close the ports and leave it as it is. I require some help to close it but not sure whether it will be helpful or not. I found isakmp using one of the ports. What does this service doe.

You can exist that as per your choice. If it is running then there can be some applications which is using it. You must ensure that the port is not occupied by some running application. Because if you close that you might get error on the screen. You can use some third party software to close and open the ports. It is one of the easiest option to deal with this kind of issues.
