Avira free not updating

I also have Avira 10 Personal but that don't update automatically.When I turn on my PC in right down corner messagge is comming:You are under Administrator Rights etc... .I dont know what to do?I update manually.Avira 9 was much better for using.

I have heard of this problem and the solution is in the explorer, you just need to open Explorer, under internet options and then simply have to choose LAN settings, and under proxy server, make sure the box is UNchecked for Using a proxy server for your LAN. All this settings are to be dont in the browser that you use which might be automatically activated in Internet Explorer or Firefox.
