Can an Antec Neo Eco 620C power an R9 290?

I have a Neo Eco 620C and am wondering whether it's enough to power a R9 290 in combination with a locked i5 4590, 6 120mm fans, and 2 mechanical drives. It claims to be rated for continuous power and I have no reason to doubt that since it's a Seasonic OEM. Says 48 A and 576W on the 12V rail (I guess the other 56W are on the 3.3V and 5V?)

Or is the R9 280x perhaps the most power hungry card recommended with this PSU?

Well, I think that the Antec Neo Eco 620C power supply would be alright for an R9 290 but while at full load you will be maxing out the PSU. So, if possible try to get a PSU of atleast 750W. Have a look at the Antec HCG M HCG-750M 750W ATX12V SLI CrossFire 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply which will cost you $100 on newegg.
