Seasonic SS-400BT vs Antec VP450 PSU

I am using an i5 core processor with Asrock motherboard along with 4gb ddr3 RAM. The hard drive is of 250GB and am also using a GTX 650 graphics card. I am now looking to purchase a new power supply and have made up my mind on either Seasonic SS-400BT or Antec VP450 PSU. I have heard that Seasonic brands make the best PSU possible in the market, so should I go with it or else should I go with Antec PSU? Thanks for any suggestions.

I would suggest you to go with Antec VP-450 450W ATX 12V v2.3 Power Supply. You can get the most from this psu if you are looking for a basic gaming pc. I have bought this same model power supply from last 2 years and it is still running really quiet and very cool. I must say that it has been one of the best product. The dual rails in this psu is a plus point and after installing it in a work station, it indeed helped me in my gaming requirements as well.

I am also using the Antec VP-450 power supply from 1 year and it was running everything properly in that time period. The price of this psu is also good and if you have a crystal case then it will look beautiful as well. Now after 1 year the only problem that I am facing is that the psu is making clicking noise when I am running the computer at heavy load and only this time I encounter some blue screen of death. This psu has also got more connectors for any basic computers.

The Seasonic SS-400BT power supply is also a good choice. Anyhow Antec VP-450 can be allowed for a GPU upgrade to the "R" series Radeon graphics card. This psu is also not very costly and you get a whole 3 year warranty. There are not so many cables but there is enoungh current of the 400W. Note that this psu is not available on the official website of Seasonic, so you will have to wait for a while and then have to registery.
