Antec HCG-900 900W for crossfire and overclocking

I will be soon overclocking my i3 processor and also would be using a crossfire setup of 7950. For same I am looking for a decent power supply that will be reliable to perform such things. After looking from so many PSU brands like Silverstone, Corsair, Rosewill, etc; I am thinking to go with the Antec High Current Gamer Series HCG-900 900W PSU. Thanks for any help in advance.

Antec power supply are good and popular brands and the model of the PSU that you are selecting is also made by Seasonic and some other brands as well. You can even go with the OCZ brand if you take a look at their PSUs. You can even get Silverstone power supply but choose only from the models that come with high certification standard. Can you tell us which Power Supply you are using at the moment.

I got the Antec HCG-900 900W at a very cheap rate of 79$. It is still working fine in my rig giving ample of power required by my computer. I am using a SLI configurations and havent faced a problem till now. The Antec HCG-900 is working like a charm and it is very silent as well. Its been 1 year now and still it is giving more than enough power for the computer needs.

I bought one of these Power Supply and it had too many cables that I need to stuff somewhere in my cabinet. It is also a little hard to connect in fans or other parts that might need something powered. Also, if there is somewhat push into the power supply then it will make a loud clicking sound which seems like the cables is pushing into the fan. Remember that you will need a bigger cabinet if you want some space for the extra cables provided with the psu.
