Delegate domain user permission to join domain

There is a person whom I should delegate him to join domain permission. I do the right click abc.com, delegate control > next add user (email) > check "Join a computer to the domain" > finish. But this person is not able to join another computer to domain. Can anyone tell me how can I delegate him to joing another computer to domain? Thanks.

I think that by default authenticated users or domain users, can only add 10 machines to the domain. You can check for some more information on how to change this - http://blogs.technet.com/jhoward/arc...18/403817.aspx

    Follow the below steps:

    1. First of all, delegate the right to create a computer account in a specific OU.
    2. After that, user creates the computer account in the OU and specifies which account or group he want to join the computer to the domain. You should check this one as it defaults to Domain Admins and tends to be what generates the Access denied later.
    3. Lastly, user needs to go to machine in question and join it to the domain with 15 minutes.
