Inbound & Outbound Replication Issues in Windows Server

I am facing problem with Domain Controller on a site. I do not understand the issue here. I am having a single domain which is at the main office. But the DC is facing issue there. The problem is noted through event id 1925. It is appearing constantly. I try to establish the replication link but somehow I am getting a directly partition failed error.

I think the problem lies with firewall. This thing is blocking your way to access the connection. Just ensure that whatever port used must be completely allowed to access the settings. You can check that manually only. Just to test for temporary you can turn off the firewall and try to connect. If it works then there is issue with the firewall.
