Multiple password policies for ONE domain?

I need some help here to configure multiple password policies on the same domain. I am unable to find anything. I am going to use a gpo object here at the domain level. But to some extent I am not sure how to configure the same. I am trying to use different objects but still it is not working. I want to know that is it possible to use more than one gpo on the same server. If yes then how can I configure it. What are the settings for the same. Is there any third party tool available for the same.

I do not think it is posisble to do on the singel server. And even if you apply them it will work on local accounts only. That is one gpo at one time. You can go on technet and find out articles based on it. I think there will be hardly anyone who had tried to do the same.

I am also not able to find any solution related to the same. It looks a bit complicated to some extent. But there might be possibility.
