How to calculate lastLogon user attribute??

I want to calculate "lastLogon" user attribute. As per some microsoft article, the value is stored as a large integer that represents the number of 100 nanosecond intervals since some time. Incase I have a value of lastlogon - 127596634234062500 then what does it mean? Is there any way or tool to calculate this into days and hours, if so then what is the formula? Thanks.

If you are looking for a VBScript solution, then take a look at the "Last Logon Dates" script available at the rlmueller.net website. Get it from there and it will let you know what you want.
